Mr. Dwyer was a pleasure to do business with. Not only was he very accommodating and helpful, but he went out of his way help make everything run as smoothly as possible. Not only did I buy l unit I bought 2 condos sight unseen. They were through tom's eyes and his camera which he took additional pictures for me. What l valued the most ln Tom was his character. He's a friendly guy, easy to deal with and communicate with. Above all, Ile was trustworthy and patient throughout the whole process. l was given honest and detailed information regarding the conditions of the properties; what needed fixing and what needed work. His knowledge of the market and experience in the field also allowed him to provide me with good analyses and advice. Being that I'm located in New Jersey, it wasn't easy for me to take care of certain things that needed to be taken care of after the properties were purchased. So, even after the transactions, Mr. Dwyer assisted me in sourcing local handymen, etc. to fix up the minor problems that needed to be taken care of within the properties. On top of that, he helped in finding tenants and even managing the receipt of new furniture for the tenants while they were away. Its small things like these that keep client are satisfied and loyal.

I had the privilege to work, over the past 8 months, with one of the best agents I have every come across. Mr. Tom Dwyer is the consummate Realtor. He made the entire home buying process, that I was scared to do, easy!! I was referred to him by a mutual friend in Orlando Florida. When my husband, Howard, was diagnosed with cancer, my world was turned upside down. After hours of research on the subject, we decided to meet Dr. Kupe!ian with M.D. Anderson Cancer Hospital in Orlando, Florida. We met Tom in May 2011. Our relationship with him began with phone conversations that started previous to that time, as we live in Canada. We were interested in purchasing a home in Florida & Tom was recommended. We informed him specifically what we we’re looking for & our price range. When we met him there while on vacation he had a number of choices to view with detailed listings. We did not find anything on that trip.
